Gee I had a really busy weekend. Seems like there is only so much you can do in two days and we managed to accomplish alot. Friday we just crashed after a tiring week. The first full week of Kindergarten absolutely wore Bryce out and well let's just say that Walmart DC is kicking Eric's butt at the moment. After a very restful night for all of us we were up and ready to go on Saturday. I cooked biscuits with chocolate gravy and there were NO leftovers. Then I got started on the laundry. I'm a procrastinator when it comes to doing laundry or any other kind of work for that matter so normally on Saturday I have several loads to do and put away. It took me about 3 hours but I got everything washed and put up. Then on to the Kitchen...I also hate doing dishes! While I was working Eric was being my babysitter/handyman. Our air conditioner has decided that it wants to leak all over our hall, so he had to fix that. The carpet is still wet...probably be stinking pretty soon! Stefanie and I had a girls night planned so I had to get around and get beautiful!!! LOL! After trying on several outfits I was worn out! We left the house and headed to Logan's. Note to self...when ordering a steak there always order it a little rarer than normal... I ordered mine medium and it was medium well and very tough. So we decided that we would go see Mama Mia after dinner. I was really excited about seeing it cuz I've always loved musicals and I grew up listening to my mom's ABBA records. I was kinda disappointed...the storyline was really choppy, but it was still a good movie. We had a flashback moment on our way home. When we were in college we always were riding around listening to the newest tape we had just bought and dancing, so we relived those moments! Sunday was just as busy. We had church then Bryce had a birthday party to go to at Chuck E. Cheese's. That place is a mad house and is totally too small for the amount of hoodlums running around. Bryce decided to stay at mom's house so Eric and I had the house to ourselves. We watched 21. It's about a group of students at MIT that learned how to count cards and beat the system playing Blackjack. It was a really interesting movie. So now here it is Monday and back to the daily grind. I have to take Bryce to LeBonheur tomorrow for a check up with Dr. Lazar. I hope all goes well.
