Ok, so I never have really kept a journal...well not since Jr. High, but I have noticed that in the past few years this blogging thing has become more popular. If you don't already know who I am here's the run down. My name is Crystal Heatherly. I am 28 years old and I live in Tupelo, MS. I have been married to my husband Eric Heatherly (not the country singer) for 6 1/2 years. We have two kids. Tyler is 13 (he's actually my stepson, but what's the difference) and Bryce is 5. I grew up in the Tupelo area but graduated from Mooreville. I attended I.C.C. for three years and accomplished NOTHING, but I did have fun! After finally deciding to call it quits on college I started working for a local orthodontist. To my surprise I actually loved it. Shortly thereafter, I met Eric. A friend of mine kept telling me that I needed to meet her husband's best friend. Well I had had my share of screwed up relationships...blind dates...etc, and I was not interested. She kept bugging me and bugging me and finally I threw in the towel. I went canoeing with them and there was something about Eric. I thought he was so cute...his looks, his actions, his personality. Too good to be true. He was funny, and had this innocence about him. I don't know if it was love at first sight, but I knew I wanted him to call me back. Well he did and the rest is history.
So anyway that was my short history. There are so many things that have happened in my life that I wish I had written down on paper to look back and reflect. My brain can only hold so many memories. Now I have a website for holding my memories and sharing my life with all of my friends and family. I hope that throughout the years not only me, but my husband and children will enjoy posting photos and memories for our family to enjoy and look back on.
Bryce just started Kindergarten and Tyler is in the Eighth grade and Eric just started a new job, so I know that there will be many interesting posts to come.
